Who We Are
The Twenty One Group was founded in 2017 by Anam and Aamir, born from a shared vision to revitalize neighborhoods, restore homes, and create spaces that truly matter. What began as a passion for acquiring distressed properties and thoughtfully renovating them into high-quality rental homes has evolved into a fully integrated real estate platform rooted in purpose, impact, and community.
Since its inception, The Twenty One Group has brought more than 150 distressed homes back to life—infusing new energy into neighborhoods and helping strengthen the communities where we live and work. Today, our growing organization is powered by a dedicated team of over 50 professionals, provides beautifully updated rental homes to more than 150 residents, and helps over 50 families each year find a place they’re proud to call home.
Our suite of companies includes an in-house construction division, in-house design services, property management company, acquisitions arm, investing services and project management team, allowing us to maintain quality, accountability, and care at every stage of the process. Above all, we lead with integrity, put heart into every project we touch, and remain committed to making a lasting, positive impact—one neighborhood at a time.
